Tyler Smith

Tyler graduated from the Texas Tech School of Law. While in law school, he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in International Business Transactions, Scientific Evidence and Criminal Law, was listed on the Dean's List, and was a founding member of the Energy Law Interest Group. Tyler has experience representing businesses and individuals across a wide variety of industries and a diverse range of litigation matters. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes, including cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, commercial real estate, shareholder's rights and contract actions.
